The provision of the website makes it necessary to process various data. Furthermore, the scope of data processing is based on your use of the functionalities of the website, for example, if you communicate with us via the contact form or consent to the processing of data.

You can register for the event using the registration form on our website. For the registration, specific details are necessary, which are explicitly marked as a mandatory field: All further data that you send us as part of the registration is provided voluntarily. We exclusively use these data for processing your registration and implementing your participation in the event. This processing of your data initially occurs as part of a pre-contractual obligation, after successfully registering to implement the contract via your participation. Your relevant consent is deemed to be the legal basis for your voluntarily disclosed data.
Your data will be deleted after the end of the event, in the case of unsuccessful registration.

Google Fonts

To display fonts, we use the so-called Web Fonts of Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). When accessing a site, your browser loads the required Web Fonts into your browser, in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this, your browser establishes a connection with Google, as a result of which, Google finds out that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Fonts takes place on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in a uniform and appealing presentation of our website. If your browser does not support Google Fonts or Web Fonts, a standard font will be used by your terminal device.

Have the right to receive the personal data stored with us about you in a structured, commonly use and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.

  • Recipients of data

The organiser of the event is JET Services Marketing GmbH & Co. KG. Individual details of your registration may be transferred to engaged service providers within the scope of implementing the event. Transfer will also take place to the company under whose name the event is implemented.

  • Data transfer to third countries

As a general rule, the personal data that we collect from you within the scope of the website will not be transferred to third countries outside of the European Economic Area.
When Google Fonts are used, your IP address is transferred to Google in an unabbreviated form. Google is domiciled in the USA, which is consequently a third party in accordance with Art. 44 GDPR. Google is certified under the “EU-US Privacy Shield” data protection convention, whereby compliance with the European data protection level is deemed to be guaranteed.

Registration and implementation of events
If you register for an event, you must provide all of the information that is marked in the registration form as mandatory fields. In addition, you may provide further information voluntarily. We process all of your information exclusively for the planning, implementation and settlement of the event. The legal basis of the data processing is the necessity for initiation and implementation of the participation contract in accordance with Art. 6 I letter b GDPR or regarding the voluntary disclosures, your consent in accordance with Art. 6 I letter a. GDPR.

Photographic and film recordings at events
Photographic and film recordings are made at some of our events. Depending on the purposes for which these images are used, the data processing associated with this is based on different legal grounds. If the use of the recordings is necessary in event reporting or other external presentation of JET Services or its customers and the photographic and film recordings are consequently a (co-)purpose of the event, the legal basis is either the necessity for contractual performance in accordance with Art. 6 I letter b GDPR or the legitimate interest of JET Services or its customers in appropriate reporting and marketing of the event. If we obtain a separate consent from you for the production of the recordings, this is then also the legal basis for processing within the meaning of Art. 6 I a GDPR. You may revoke this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to wdc-events@jet-services.comHowever, this may lead to you not being able to participate in the event.

Settlement and processing of events
For specific purposes, we continue to process your data after the end of the event. Insofar as legal retention duties exit for individual documents from the context of your participation, such as invoices, we will store the data contained in these for the appropriate period of time. The legal basis for this then the necessity to fulfil legal duties in accordance with Art. 6 I letter c GPDR. In individual cases, we may also store your data in order to demand, enforce or defend ourselves against our claims. The legal basis is our relevant legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 I letter f GDPR.

Disclosure duty
Depending on the structure of the registration, you must bindingly disclose specific personal information. This may also include the issuance of the consent to produce and use photographic and film recordings. If you do not disclose these data, you may not participate in the event.

Forwarding to third parties
Your data in connection with the participation in the event will be shared with third parties, who are involved in its implementation, where applicable. These may specifically be agencies that are mandated with the implementation or other service providers, such as hotels.
